We also perform a Web Check to assess your online reputation, focusing on client feedback analysis and identifying service issues that need improvement.
A Policy & Procedure Review will examine your policies and procedures to ensure they are client-friendly and reasonable, while still protecting your organization.
Next, an Employee Panel gives your team, both leadership and frontline workers, the opportunity to voice their ideas and share their struggles.
Based on our analysis, we present Recommended Actions for your organization to address service gaps, operate more efficiently, and expand your reach.
